Join Daniel and Hayley from Clear Colours Collective for a monthly Sound Immersion at Her Soul Temple — a 75-minute experience designed to slow everything down and let your nervous system remember what rest actually feels like.

As you settle onto your mat, Daniel and Hayley weave together a living landscape of sound. Handpan and guitar lay down a gentle rhythm to ground you. Tibetan singing bowls move through the room in deep, resonant waves. Timber flute and chimes soften whatever you've been holding. Rain stick carries it all away.

Everything you need is provided — mat, blankets, bolsters, cushions. Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable.

HERBAL BOLUS MASSAGE

Herbal Bolus Massage is a herbal heat treatment which relaxes muscles. The heat allows the herbs to penetrate to the deeper tissue layers to enable the healing process. Used for treatment of heavy, tight muscles or stiffness in joints. Also beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis, osteo arthritis or general wear and tear of joints and ligaments.

This deeply nourishing treatment calms the nervous system, aids in fibromyalgia and spondylosis.
