Angela Monteiro Pereira

Angela left the corporate world in 2021. Years of executive stress had taken their toll and she was burnt out. Her hormones were out of balance, she was battling with night sweats, hot flushes, heavy periods, fibroids, cervical spondylosis and a fractured back.
Her lifelong passion for leading and mentoring women brought her full circle with a passion to teach women the healing power of Ayurveda.
