We also look at what is causing the imbalances in your body like stress, hormone changes, digestive issues and inflammation.
After your consult, you receive a tailored diet, lifestyle and treatment plan along with herbal recommendations.

KATI BASTI
Kati Basti is a lower back treatment used for bulged disc, nerve compression, inflammation, lumbar degeneration and sciatic pain.
A well of dough is placed over the affected area and filled with warm herbal treatment oil specifically chosen for you as an individual.
This is followed by steam box treatment which helps relieve muscle tension, allows toxins to be released and allows deeper penetration of herbs to the cells.
This treatment can also be used for neck issues like cervical degeneration, knee pain like ruptured ligaments, degeneration and heart pain in cases of fear, anxiety, grief.
