An Invitation Into Ritual, Restoration & Clarity

Temple Rituals

Each offering at Her Soul Temple is designed as a ritual — a moment to slow, soften, and return to yourself.

Many rituals can be booked directly without a prior consultation. Some require a consult to ensure the correct oils, techniques, and support are chosen specifically for you.

If you are unsure where to begin, you are warmly invited to call us on 0402 500 129.

If you are navigating health concerns or seeking deeper guidance, we recommend booking a Temple Arrival Ritual (Consult) — available both online and in person — so you can be fully seen, heard, and supported.

TEMPLE ARRIVAL RITUAL

Temple Arrival (Face to Face or Online) $145

TEMPLE ARRIVAL RITUAL
An Ayurvedic Initiation

The Temple Arrival Ritual is the first step into Her Soul Temple.

This is a gentle, grounded Ayurvedic consultation for women in a season of transition — when something is shifting and the body is asking to be listened to more closely.

Rather than rushing to fix or diagnose, we slow the pace and create space to listen.

Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, we explore your unique constitution, your current state of balance, and the signals your body has been offering. You’ll leave with a clear, personalised foundation for wellbeing that honours your rhythm and what your body is ready for now.

We may explore nourishment, daily rhythm, gentle practices, and herbal support where appropriate.

After booking, you’ll receive a short pre-ritual questionnaire so our time together can be present and personalised.

Many women leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

SHIRODHARA

Shirodhara - Ritual of Stillness $160

SHIRODHARA – RITUAL OF STILLNESS

A deeply calming Ayurvedic ritual designed to quiet the mind and restore nervous system balance.

Shirodhara is one of Ayurveda’s most revered Rasayana (rejuvenative) therapies. Warm, herbal oil is gently streamed over the centre of the forehead, guiding the body into a profound state of rest and inner stillness.

Held in a slow, rhythmic flow, this ritual supports the nervous system to soften, settle, and return to equilibrium. Many women experience a deep sense of calm, clarity, and spaciousness — as though the mind has been gently reset.

Shirodhara is traditionally chosen during periods of stress, mental exhaustion, disrupted sleep, hormonal transition, or when the body and mind feel overstimulated or depleted.

This is a ritual of surrender, nourishment, and deep rest — allowing the body to remember its natural state of balance.

RITUAL OF NOURISHMENT + WARMTH

Abhyanga - Ritual of Nourishment + Ritual of Warmth $180

(Full Body Oil & Nervous System Support)

A traditional Ayurvedic oil ritual designed to nourish the body, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of rhythm and ease.

Warm herbal oils are chosen to support your constitution and gently applied using slow, repetitive, rhythmic movements. This ritual is not about working deeply into muscles or correcting the body — it is about soothing, softening, and allowing the body to rest.

Abhyanga supports dry or depleted skin, nervous system fatigue, stress, and periods of over-giving or burnout. The predictability and rhythm of the ritual help the body settle, while the oils nourish the tissues and support overall vitality.

This is a ritual of rest and replenishment — offering the body the experience of being held, warmed, and cared for without demand.

This ritual is gentle, slow, and rhythmic. It is not intended as deep tissue or remedial massage.

RITUAL OF SUPPORT

Kati Basti - Ritual of Support $140

KATI BASTI – RITUAL OF RELEASE
(Lower Back & Lumbosacral Support)

An Ayurvedic ritual designed to release tension and accumulated pressure in the lower back.

Kati Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy where warm, herbalised oil is gently pooled and held over the lumbosacral region. This sustained warmth allows deep nourishment to reach the muscles, joints, and tissues of the lower back while encouraging the nervous system to soften and settle.

This ritual is commonly sought by women experiencing lower back pain, sciatica, disc bulges, spinal stiffness, or strain through the lumbar region. It is especially supportive when discomfort has been building over time or feels deeply held in the body.

The combination of warmth, stillness, and herbal oils supports circulation, lubrication of the joints, and a gradual sense of release and ease.

This is a ritual of unwinding — offering the lower back support as it lets go of what it has been carrying.

RITUAL OF RELEASE

Greeva Basti - Ritual of Release $140

GREEVA BASTI – RITUAL OF RELEASE
(Neck, Shoulders & Cervical Spine)

An Ayurvedic ritual designed to soften tension and restore ease in the neck and shoulder region.

Greeva Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy in which warm, herbalised oil is gently held over the cervical spine, allowing deep warmth to penetrate the muscles, joints, and surrounding tissues of the neck and shoulders.

This ritual is commonly chosen by women experiencing neck pain, shoulder tension, cervical stiffness, headaches, nerve compression, or postural strain. It is especially supportive when discomfort is linked to stress, mental load, or long hours of holding responsibility through the upper body.

The warmth and stillness invite release, improve circulation, and support the nervous system to unwind.

This is a ritual of lightening the load — allowing the neck and shoulders to soften and move with greater ease.

HERBAL BOLUS MASSAGE

Herbal Bolus Massage is a herbal heat treatment which relaxes muscles. The heat allows the herbs to penetrate to the deeper tissue layers to enable the healing process. Used for treatment of heavy, tight muscles or stiffness in joints. Also beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis, osteo arthritis or general wear and tear of joints and ligaments.

This deeply nourishing treatment calms the nervous system, aids in fibromyalgia and spondylosis.

RITUAL OF RADIANCE

Ayurvedic Facial - Ritual of Radiance $145

AYURVEDIC FACIAL – RITUAL OF RADIANCE
(Face, Skin & Facial Tension)

An Ayurvedic ritual designed to restore radiance to the skin while releasing tension held in the face, jaw, and nervous system.

Stress, mental load, and busy lives often show in the face — through tightness, dullness, and habitual expressions. This ritual works gently to soften facial muscles, support healthy circulation, and bring vitality back to the skin.

The Ayurvedic Facial follows a traditional process using warm oils, steam, gentle exfoliation, and nourishing masks to cleanse, hydrate, and rejuvenate the skin. Each step is performed slowly and with intention, allowing both the skin and nervous system to settle.

This ritual is commonly chosen to support skin hydration, glow, facial tension, signs of stress or fatigue, and ageing concerns, while offering deep relaxation and renewal.

The result is skin that feels nourished, supple, and luminous — and a face that looks and feels more at ease.

RITUAL OF CLEAR BREATH

Nasya (Nasal) - Ritual of Clear Breath

$145

NASYA – RITUAL OF CLEAR BREATH
(Sinuses, Head & Upper Respiratory System)

An Ayurvedic ritual designed to clear the sinuses, ease congestion, and support the health of the nasal passages and head.

Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy used to support sinus issues, allergies, seasonal congestion, and lingering discomfort following colds or flu. The ritual begins with gentle facial massage and steam to soften and open the channels, followed by the application of warm, herbal Anu Tailam drops into the nasal passages.

This process helps to loosen and release built-up congestion, support clear breathing, and relieve pressure, heaviness, or discomfort in the sinuses and head. Many women experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and ease.

Nasya is commonly chosen during seasonal changes, allergy flare-ups, sinus pain, blocked or inflamed sinuses, or when the head feels heavy or clouded.

This is a ritual of clearing and relief — allowing breath, space, and balance to return.

A consult is required before booking this appointment.

RITUAL OF WARMTH

Steam Box - Ritual of Warmth $40

STEAM BOX – RITUAL OF WARMTH
(Full Body Heat & Circulation)

An Ayurvedic ritual designed to bring warmth, circulation, and deep relaxation to the body.

The Steam Box uses gentle herbal steam to warm the body evenly, supporting the release of stiffness, coldness, and stagnation held in the tissues. This ritual encourages circulation, softens the muscles, and helps the body let go of residual tension.

Often chosen after massage or body treatments, the Steam Box allows the benefits of your ritual to deepen and integrate. The warmth supports the nervous system to settle, while encouraging the body to open, relax, and restore its natural flow.

This ritual is particularly supportive for bodies feeling cold, heavy, tight, or depleted, and during times when warmth and circulation are needed to restore balance.

This is a ritual of comfort and integration — allowing the body to be gently held in warmth as it unwinds.
